1. Who we are
This website is run by an independent property agent (for this preview, the fictional Alex Tan — Demo Agent of Example Property Agency) to share information about Island Residence on Keppel Island. We are not the developer, and this is not the developer's official website.

2. What we collect
When the enquiry form is live, we will collect only what you enter:
- Your name
- Your Singapore mobile number
- Your email address
- What you'd like to receive (floor plans and prices, a preview invitation, or both), plus any home size or timeline you pick
- Your consent to be contacted, and when you gave it
We don't ask for your NRIC number, financial details or other sensitive information on this form.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you Island Residence materials once they're released
- To arrange a preview or showflat appointment if you ask for one
- To keep a record of your consent and your contact preferences
We will contact you about Island Residence by phone, WhatsApp or email only if you agree. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we'll stop within a reasonable time.
4. Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act
We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), including its Do Not Call provisions. Ticking the consent box gives us clear consent to contact you about this enquiry, even if your number is on the Do Not Call Registry. You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you by writing to our privacy contact.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. When the site is live, we may share it with:
- The agency the agent is registered with, for compliance and record-keeping
- Service providers who help us receive and manage enquiries (e.g. form or email hosting), under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities, where the law requires it
In this preview, no enquiry data is sent anywhere.
6. Google Maps
The Location section embeds a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy and terms. We don't receive that data. If you'd rather avoid this, don't interact with the map, or use your browser's privacy settings.
7. Cookies and analytics
This preview doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics or ad measurement tools are added before launch, this section will be updated to name them first.
8. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it. We take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, but no online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
